The CIA often posts stuff that reminds people of past events on their website and on their social media feed which often ends up causing countries like Russia and North Korea to react out of anger. The CIA then takes their reactions and uses them to ruin their reputations by weaponizing the media against them without informing the public the reason why they originally were upset to begin with.
